A champagne specially created to be served  over ice . It’s a non-vintage blend dominated by  Pinot Noir (40‑50%) , plus Pinot Meunier (30‑40%)  and a smaller amount of  On the nose: intense tropical fruit notes like mango and guava, stone‑fruits such as nectarine, with hints of raspberry.  On the palate: full‑bodied yet refreshing, flavours of fresh fruit salad, subtle sweetness toward caramel and quince jelly, balancing with zesty grapefruit and ginger to cut through.
