If you wish to return any unopened bottles that are no longer required, we will provide a refund for goods returned within 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure that a copy of your order and receipt are presented to the storekeeper at the time of return.

These documents will be forwarded to management, and you will be contacted within 3 working days of the return.

Kindly note that this policy does not apply to White Wine, Champagne, Beer, Water, Ice, or any Chilled products.
