Villebois is a French wine company with a Dutch touch. The company is owned by a Dutchman. Villebois is a true Loire specialist and has focused on white wines. Almost always made from the grape sauvignon blanc. We would almost forget that they also make red. Light-footed, juicy, fruity and easily digestible red from the pinot noir grape. Only 5% of the wine is aged in oak barrels. This ensures that the fruit in the wine remains in the foreground. You can taste the taste of cherries, raspberries and strawberries. Serve it as an aperitif or in combination with light preparations of veal or beef. Also delicious with chicken or slightly chilled, even suitable to serve with grilled fish.
