It is characteristic for its low intense ruby colour tending to garnet red, for its slim body and for the delicately vinous bouquet. The moderate ageing makes it harmonious, velvety and more complete.
serve with :It is easy to digest and it is an accomodating wine, lending itself readily to all the courses of ordinary meal, from grilled fish to risotto, from all kinds of meat and even to game birds. Best served at a temperature of 14-16°C.
